The Corpus Christi 2009 City Voting HOWTO
Early voting is ON, now through election day (April 4th).
Election day is April 4th, but why wait? Here's the HOWTO:
What district are you in?
I didn't know mine (it's not even on my voter registration card...), and it doesn't seem easy to find out, but I was able to squint into the map here:
http://www.cctexas.com/?fuseaction=main.view&page=17

Just click on each non-At Large rep and squint at the map.
Where to vote?
Early Voting, click here (map of locations here...) Note, you don't have to go to a polling place in your district, go to any of them, they'll allow you to vote whatever district you want.
Other
Take your driver's license. If you can find your voter registration card, may as well take it, too. They will be able to look you up, though.
The Caller-Times has some opinions that you should read (see those links, too), even if, like me, you don't agree with many and in fact won't be voting "their" way except in one case. Still, it's info you might not know.
In my opinion, if you don't know who you are voting for, don't vote. Yes, voting is a RIGHT, but it's also a RESPONSIBILITY. Yeah, it's BORING to read about the candidates and you are BUSY. I'm not saying you have to know their favorite song and year of graduation, but if you have an opinion on Las Brisas or the Coliseum you can find someone who agrees with you. I knew these people only by name until 30 minutes ago, now I know what (they say) they stand for.
